AirNet Express Airbill Instructions

To help you properly complete the AirNet Express airbill, please read the following instructions. If you don't have an airbill or if you have any questions, please contact our Customer Support Center at 1-888-888-TIME (1-888-888-8463) or e-mail custserv@airnet.com.

Instructions for Filling Out Your Airbill
Write or type all the required information onto the front surface of the airbill as explained below:

1. If you do not have pre-printed airbills, enter your name, the company’s name, street address, city, state, zip code and phone number. Sign and enter the date and time.  Add your reference number.

2. Please tell us the agent’s name and city where you want the package to go.  Include consignee's name and phone number.

3. Enter the description of the content such as "type of printed matter", "computer parts", "medical shipments", etc.
          Note:  For dry ice shipments, please call AirNet for instructions and procedures.

4. Enter total pieces, weight and destination airport identifier in routing code box (i.e. DTW).

5. Select Class of Service by checking the appropriate box.

6. Enter your account code and check the appropriate box for the proper billing.

7. Please note pick up/delivery times (if applicable). Select special instructions by checking the appropriate box, initial and enter the declared value (i.e. NVD (No Value Declared)).

8. Please call 800-999-0974 or FAX us at 1-800-926-7283 with the above information to alert us that you have a shipment for pick-up or drop-off.

Instructions for Applying Your Airbill
After carefully completing your airbill as instructed above:

1. Carefully pull off the top copy only. This is the shippers copy and is intended for your records.

2. Peel the protective layer which covers the adhesive from the back of the airbill.

3. Affix the airbill to the surface of the package.  Use care when positioning the airbill, its back has a permanent adhesive and cannot be relocated.
