MONTHLY SALARY PAY AT
MINIMUM MONTHLY GUARANTEE

Pay is on a bi-weekly basis ·
Numbers are predicated on the
guaranteed base rate (individual assignments often have a guaranteed overtime
component) ·
Guaranteed 8 duty assignments per
pay period ·
Overtime accrued on any assignment
over the minimum starts at 1.25 times the base rate and accelerates to 1.50 times the base rate ·
Normal duty assignments over the
minimum are paid at a rate of 1.50 times the base rate ·
Duty assignments on holidays are
paid at 2.00 times the base rate ·
Pilots with previous 135/121
experience may start above the minimum rate ·
Pilots are able to accept
additional assignments to earn additional
